Executive Director of Pipeline Growth

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Manager of Demand Generation to lead our inbound pipeline growth efforts at Sendoso.
About the RoleThis is a high-profile position that requires strategic thinking, planning, and execution. You'll work closely with our SVP of Marketing to architect and execute integrated marketing programs that drive positive awareness, trust, and new business pipeline.
You'll be responsible for creating impactful campaigns that connect with people on a meaningful level, leveraging various channels such as targeted direct mail, events, email, social media, SEO, and SEM. Your goal will be to develop and execute ABM programs using tools like UserGems and 6Sense to engage and convert high-intent target accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth.
- Leverage content marketing, events, and gifting/direct mail to create meaningful connections with prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/consultants to design and implement successful integrated marketing programs.
- Analyze data to optimize channel performance, inform strategic decisions, and drive incremental improvements.
- 6+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated campaign marketing, and event management.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and generate buy-in for ideas and plans.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
