We are currently seeking a Client Information Maintenance Specialist to support our dynamic Commissions team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to follow-through.

Position Details

Work Arrangement: This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility in location.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $44,000.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key point of contact between representatives and vendor companies for client information updates, including address changes and other relevant data.
  • Manage systematic updates to transition clients between approved representative numbers.
  • Support Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) and their representatives in maintaining accurate client information across vendor platforms and the Broker Dealer's internal systems.
  • Assist with various special projects and requests related to client information.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Demonstrated research capabilities and effective verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to Financial Advisors and business partners.
  • Experience within a Broker Dealer environment is preferred.
  • A college degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
