Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee security protocols to defend IT infrastructure against cyber threats.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, particularly in the Energy and Pipeline sectors.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of cybersecurity incidents and perform log reviews.

Compensation

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, such as Analyst, Engineer, or Specialist.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing security measures aligned with industry standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards specific to cybersecurity in the Energy and Pipeline industries.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly regarded.
