Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Compensation and Benefits Specialist to manage payroll processing, generate invoices, handle breakdowns, communicate with clients, and liaise with contractors regarding timesheets and material receipts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll using ADP by the designated deadline each week.
  • Prepare and issue invoices along with detailed breakdowns.
  • Communicate with clients regarding invoices and service orders.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings to oversee project profit margins.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the construction industry or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
