Job Opportunity

We are looking to fill a Sales Consultant position in our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a college degree looking to enter the job market. Experience is not required, as we provide paid, on-the-job training.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and create customers for life by assisting them in selecting a vehicle
  • Be the vehicle expert, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Bring a positive attitude and 'A game' to work every day
Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Ready to learn new product information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
