**Weld Training Coordinator**

We are seeking a skilled Weld Training Coordinator to coordinate logistical support for delivering training and development programs. This role contributes to the planning and implementation of training and development programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing instructional materials, including participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, and job aids.
  • Assisting with needs analysis, audience analysis, and task analysis.
  • Conducting basic external research to identify and evaluate training and development programs available through vendors and educational institutions.
  • Maintaining records and reports on individual and group training progress using common tools and systems.
  • Gathering data and information required for improvement recommendations.
  • Administering learning and development activities, instructor-led events, and e-learning, including communication, scheduling events, facilitators, employees, vendors, and facilities, and coordinating materials and conference room logistics.
  • Effectively managing stakeholder relationships, responding courteously, accurately, and in a timely fashion to training and development inquiries.

**Requires some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

**Conducts basic internal research to identify and evaluate training and development needs for individuals, line leads, supervisors, products, certain manufacturing operations, or manufacturing lines.

**Evaluates cosmetic weld reports and records them digitally for welder evaluations. Communicates through basic MS Office suite of software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chat, Zoom, and File Explorer.

**Uses emotional intelligence and social sophistication to develop positive coaching experiences with welders and supervisors.
