Job Description:

Purpose:

Deliver exceptional operations support by gathering facts, analyzing problems, designing solutions, developing testing methods, conducting and documenting tests, and providing operating information to customers.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and improve operations by examining and researching systems problems, analyzing problems, identifying root causes, recommending, and facilitating resolutions.

2. Support operations systems by providing operating information to customers, answering questions, and providing training.

3. Contribute to operations analysis and organizational success by welcoming new requests, helping others achieve job results, and developing SOPs and essential documentation.

4. Verify operations systems by developing testing methods, conducting, and documenting tests.
5. Enhance job knowledge by attending training sessions and reading technical publications.

Requirements:

Education Level:
Bachelor's Degree

Education Details:
Business Administration

Experience:
2 years' experience in an operational role (level 2 or above).

In Lieu of Education:
Additional 4 years of relevant work experience required.
Preferred

Requirements:
Medical Claims Processing, billing, and coding experience (5+ years).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Must disclose any debarment, exclusion, or ineligibility for Federal health care programs.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
Capable of meeting deadlines and handling multiple customer service demands, including challenging customers.
