We are seeking a skilled professional to support Pink Business Advisors as an Interim Contract and Grant Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The role involves providing essential support to the Senior Project Manager, helping to prepare and submit accurate documentation for grant reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to review documents and contracts, maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in verifying compliance information and reviewing contract terms and conditions to ensure seamless grant administration.
  • Support monthly account updates and reporting in line with grant guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to review accounts and provide support for grant documentation, fostering effective teamwork and communication.
  • Research, analyze, and respond to incoming inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy by reviewing your own work, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a focus on business, finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with Excel, with a strong understanding of data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Initiative and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment with high standards for accuracy and integrity.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
