Position Overview:
As a Lead Project Architect at Perkins&Will in Denver, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and enthusiasm through a variety of responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and implement technical documentation, including the interpretation and organization of project team assignments.
- Oversee the creation of schematic designs, design development, and construction documents in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Conduct construction administration tasks such as managing requests for information (RFIs), proposals (RFPs), and change orders.
- Perform necessary agency review analyses, including accessibility, zoning, and life-safety evaluations.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to establish budgets, task schedules, and other essential components of the work plan.
- Engage in marketing initiatives and may lead presentations to potential clients.
- Work closely with engineering consultants throughout the schematic and design development phases.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring effective oversight and support.
- Leverage your advanced technical skills in Revit and other design software.
- Embrace a culture of hard work, play, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:
- A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years focused on Sports and Recreation projects.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software, with Revit as a requirement.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate the efforts of emerging professionals.
- Comprehensive experience across all project phases and aspects.
- Familiarity with building codes, specifications, and engineering systems.
- Understanding of project management processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative and professional work ethic.
- LEED AP certification or the commitment to obtain it within six months of hire.
- Licensure is required.
