Job Description

Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is a leading staffing firm seeking a Security and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role offers a salary of $62,000 per year, along with an excellent benefits package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
  • Monitor and report on security-related incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide training and support to new hire associates.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate hazards and risks to key personnel.
  • Ensure physical security by controlling access of associates and visitors, along with maintaining visitor control logs.
  • Participate in the distribution's loss prevention and safety programs.

Requirements:

Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.Ability to develop effective compliance strategies.Ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Must have relevant experience in security and compliance.
