Responsibilities

  • Identify patient needs and resolve account issues promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via calls, emails, and texts.
  • Collaborate with the data team to enhance system efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on Good Pill's services and offerings.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer success/customer support experience.
  • Prior experience in prescription drug knowledge and pharmacy settings is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on process improvements and technology upgrades.
