Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Nursing Care Coordinator to join our team as an Administrative Lead. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure seamless patient care operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care activities on assigned shifts or tours of duty.
  • In the absence of senior officials, serve as the highest authority on duty and ensure continuity of patient care services.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum six years of experience, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Two years of critical care experience or equivalent within the past ten years.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of nursing theory, management principles, and hospital policies.
  • Current ACLS provider training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
