Outpatient Specialty Practice Nursing Coordinator

About the Role:
- Job Summary: The Nursing Coordinator will be responsible for providing nursing care and support to patients in an outpatient setting. This includes performing various tasks such as administering medications, collecting lab samples, and assisting with medical procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited program
- RN license in New Jersey or Pennsylvania, or multi-state compact license
- One year of experience in an acute, urgent care, or outpatient setting
- AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Frequent physical demands include standing, walking, carrying objects, pushing/pulling, twisting, bending, wrist position deviation, pinching/fine motor activities, keyboard use/repetitive motion, taste or smell
- Occasional physical demands include sitting, climbing, reaching forward, reaching overhead, squat/kneel/crawl
- Continuous physical demands include talk or hear
- Lifting Floor to Waist 25 lbs. Lifting Waist Level and Above 25 lbs.
- Sensory Requirements include Very Accurate 20/40, Near Vision, Very Accurate 20/40, Far Vision, Color Discrimination, Accurate Depth Perception, Accurate Hearing
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
