- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on patient care activities.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Clinical Coordinator RN, you must have:
- A valid GA RN license.
- BLS (AHA only) and ACLS (AHA only) certifications.
- Acute Care Coordination experience required.
- Epic health system experience preferred.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $46.33 - $52.92 per hour, depending on experience.
