Job Summary

The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients. This includes answering customer calls, chats, and user-submitted tickets, while documenting each interaction in the ticketing system. The analyst will use the information gathered to diagnose issues and resolve or route them according to procedures. This includes supporting a wide range of software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate sound customer service and telephone etiquette in responding to customer calls or inquiries for service and support.
  • Demonstrate a consistent commitment to customer service through effective ticket resolution, proactively anticipating customer needs, and working with internal teams to ensure complex and/or escalated issues are resolved.
Requirements
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Education: Associates (required)
Skills
  • Helpdesk (2 years of experience is required)
