Restaurant Operations Manager

Specialty Restaurants Corporation is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our Whiskey Joe's Tampa location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and inspire staff to deliver top-notch service, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations, ensuring 100% compliance with health and safety regulations and upholding quality standards.
- Guest Experience: Uphold Whiskey Joe's reputation for providing an outstanding guest experience, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, implementing strategies to optimize revenue, minimize costs, and maximize profitability.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns, utilizing social media and other channels to engage with customers and drive business.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance the restaurant's competitive position in the market.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships within the local community and industry networks, representing Whiskey Joe's at events and engaging in outreach efforts to cultivate brand loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume restaurant management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role (at least 3 years at GM level).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on 5-star guest service.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Experienced and successful in risk mitigation in Employee Relations practices.
- Proven success in risk mitigation from a safety standpoint.
- Demonstrated track record of driving business results and achieving financial targets.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
