- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment with full life cycle recruitment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
