As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve guiding customers through the process of purchasing premium gear and apparel for various riding styles, from long distance road trips to track days.

To succeed in this role, you should be patient, love to ride, and want to make a positive impact on the lives of riders. You will maintain the RevZilla brand by providing exceptional service and focusing on improving the in-store customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining store cleanliness, seasonal and fill-in merchandising, and displays
  • Developing an expert level of knowledge on RevZilla's product offerings by consistently seeking out training and sharing new trends and product knowledge with customers
  • Improving operational efficiency by offering thoughts and ideas on how to consistently provide a better experience to customers
  • Participating in Comoto's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion council and employee resource groups to promote open and honest communication, remove barriers, and champion policies to build a more equitable environment

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience with face-to-face retail
  • A self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience
  • An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
  • Experience with computers and POS systems
  • Motorcycle riding experience, knowledge, or interest
