Position Overview:
As a Senior Campaign Analytics Specialist, you will oversee the formulation and implementation of comprehensive market research strategies that align with the overarching marketing and business goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver data-driven strategic insights and thorough interpretations of research findings.
  • Integrate and present data from diverse sources, offering a comprehensive view of research outcomes and their implications.
  • Facilitate the execution of strategic projects in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct independent evaluations and analyses to address strategic challenges.
  • Work alongside product teams and partners to enable data-informed decision-making, business planning, and future strategic direction.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver regular and on-demand reports and dashboards.
  • Employ advanced analytical techniques and technologies to extract insights from extensive sets of structured and unstructured data.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to internal clients on relevant subject matter.
  • Ensure that research activities adhere to industry best practices and comply with organizational policies.
  • Utilize sound judgment to identify, analyze, and resolve issues within established guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of pertinent experience along with a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
  • Extensive knowledge in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative and team-oriented skills, with a focus on analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced influencing skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $79,000 - $113,900. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes performance-based incentives, commissions, or discretionary bonuses, along with additional perks and rewards.
