Job Title: Knowledge Management Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Services Specialist to join our team at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). As a key member of our Knowledge Management Services (KMS) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the knowledge management activities of our US Federal Government cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and curate high-impact content from US Federal Government cases, working closely with case teams, knowledge analysts, and senior team members.
  • Codify and story line relevant packages and IP, ensuring high-quality output and meeting BCG and US Federal Government confidentiality standards.
  • Conduct sanitization services to provide high-quality content, working independently and as part of a global team.
  • Publish final output on the appropriate file-sharing system, ensuring seamless collaboration across BCG and its clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
  • 2-4+ years of general knowledge/content management and/or research experience.
  • Good overall understanding of Public Sector topics.
  • Excellent business writing skills and knowledge of business documents.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders.
About BCG's Knowledge Management Services Team:

The KMS team is a specialized group within BCG that works closely with Practice Areas and Topic Teams to locate, extract, and sanitize targeted content from across BCG repositories. Our goal is to improve BCG's intellectual property base, provide leverage to knowledge content creators, and improve operations and productivity by reducing duplicate work.
