Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing military personnel actions, preparing a wide variety of military personnel actions, and maintaining military personnel files to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research complex pay actions
  • Prepare military personnel actions
  • Maintain military personnel files
  • Research and analyze data to identify trends and report the results to management
  • Provide technical advice on establishment and maintenance of military pay accounts
  • Provide guidance on administrative and military personnel matters
  • Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

  • One year of specialized experience in preparing military personnel actions
  • Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position

Additional Information:

This position requires an active membership as a Soldier in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set.
