Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate medical services with program directors and other necessary personnel;
  • Aid in development of new programs;
  • Review and revise medical policies and procedures as needed;
  • Ensure the maintenance of records and reports concerning all patient care delivered;
  • Direct orientation training supervision and retention of nurses;
  • Assist with physicians schedules to ensure daily coverage;
  • Complete rounds of the facilities to ensure compliance with all policies procedures and regulations;
  • Provide 24 hour OnCall availability for critical incidents and emergencies;
  • Supervise LPNs RNs and MA/CNAs
Requirements:
  • BSN in Nursing is Required;
  • Registered in WA as a Registered Nurse required.
