Key Responsibilities

As a Nursing Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating medical services with program directors and other necessary personnel. You will aid in the development of new programs, review and revise medical policies and procedures as needed, and ensure the maintenance of records and reports concerning all patient care delivered.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a BSN in Nursing and be registered in WA as a Registered Nurse. You will also be responsible for supervising LPNs, RNs, and MA/CNAs, and providing 24-hour on-call availability for critical incidents and emergencies.
