Cynet Systems is seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical inquiries and requests for assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions and advice to clients.
- Provide training and support for clients on computer equipment and software applications.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of computer-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
