Key Responsibilities- Sell and promote our multi-channel solutions to new and existing customers through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close deals, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Travel to auctions and customer sites to build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
- Utilize our CRM tool to manage pipeline, track sales performance, and analyze customer data to inform sales strategies.
- 2-10 years of experience in a structured outside/field sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Equipment industry or construction equipment experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
