About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team in Western Michigan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and promote our multi-channel solutions to new and existing customers through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close deals, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to auctions and customer sites to build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
  • Utilize our CRM tool to manage pipeline, track sales performance, and analyze customer data to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 2-10 years of experience in a structured outside/field sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Equipment industry or construction equipment experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
