Senior Sales Manager Opportunity

INEOS Composites US LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to drive commercial growth and profitability in our Calabrian business. As a key member of our Columbus, Ohio team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy to achieve year-over-year growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing sales team, including account assignment, progress monitoring, and performance evaluation
  • Implement changes to accounts to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Ensure direct reports utilize business systems and tools effectively
  • Develop and execute annual performance reviews, including performance objectives and action plans for employee development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel, monitor sales pipeline, and drive strategic sales plans
  • Set sales targets, make joint sales calls, and foster relationships with senior leaders at customers
  • Effectively manage company contracts and contribute to the overall sales strategy
  • Present commercial status to cross-functional senior leaders on a monthly basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in commercial roles
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a team leader
  • Advanced degree in Business or a related field (desirable)
  • Extensive experience in sales, marketing, supply chain, and/or business administration at a managerial/supervisory level or equivalent
  • Ability to understand high-level commercial business strategies and translate them into tactical working practices
