Senior Sales Manager Opportunity
INEOS Composites US LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to drive commercial growth and profitability in our Calabrian business. As a key member of our Columbus, Ohio team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy to achieve year-over-year growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team, including account assignment, progress monitoring, and performance evaluation
- Implement changes to accounts to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure direct reports utilize business systems and tools effectively
- Develop and execute annual performance reviews, including performance objectives and action plans for employee development
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel, monitor sales pipeline, and drive strategic sales plans
- Set sales targets, make joint sales calls, and foster relationships with senior leaders at customers
- Effectively manage company contracts and contribute to the overall sales strategy
- Present commercial status to cross-functional senior leaders on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in commercial roles
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a team leader
- Advanced degree in Business or a related field (desirable)
- Extensive experience in sales, marketing, supply chain, and/or business administration at a managerial/supervisory level or equivalent
- Ability to understand high-level commercial business strategies and translate them into tactical working practices
