  • Sales: Promote and sell ITG Brands products, programs, and promotions to retail partners. Develop strategic selling plans that resonate with retailers and encompass thematic selling approaches across all product categories. Exhibit product and industry expertise to effectively market and sell ITG Brands offerings. Collaborate with division resources to identify actionable sales opportunities that enhance sales performance. Be accountable for achieving all assigned retail execution goals and key company priorities within your designated territory.
  • Retail Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong retail relationships within your territory. Identify opportunities for ITG Brands within the territory and provide insights to the Division Sales Manager regarding potential areas for sales enhancement. Demonstrate the ability to influence retailers to support ITG Brands sales strategies and initiatives. Utilize consumer and retailer insights to foster alignment between ITG Brands and the consumer.
  • Retail Coverage: Allocate resources effectively to maximize time spent on a store-by-store basis to enhance productivity and meet objectives. Ensure adherence to retail cycle plan coverage goals and overall coverage model parameters. Optimize coverage strategies to maximize retail activity time in pursuit of strategic objectives.
  • Retail Store Development: Ensure the placement and servicing of all merchandising fixtures/displays to create a competitive merchandising advantage across all product categories. Ensure compliance with all retail partnership agreements. Maintain promotional programs and competitive pricing initiatives.
  • Retail Communication & Insights: Gain and maintain acceptance from retailers to utilize the "ITG Portal" as the primary method for reimbursement and tracking. Share best practices with the Division Sales Manager to enhance sales and overall division performance. Gather and report customer and competitive insights to identify critical sales opportunities and provide solutions to the Division Sales Manager / HQ.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must possess a valid driver's license issued from state of residence

Knowledge of:

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1+ years of relevant sales experience

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Employee must reside within the designated territory or within a reasonable commuting distance from the ideal location and be willing to relocate at their own expense.
  • Requires moderate physical effort, including occasional lifting or moving of light objects.
  • Able to bend, crouch, stretch, climb, or reach in retail environments.
  • Must be able to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods.
  • Travel may be required based on assignment needs.
  • Occasional exposure to noise, dust, or weather conditions.
  • Operates in both retail and wholesale environments.
  • Requires prolonged operation of machinery, including vehicles, computers, and keyboard equipment.
