Compensation:


Our compensation package includes a guaranteed salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 in your first year, depending on your experience, along with commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:


As a Field Sales Consultant, you will enjoy a dynamic work environment that emphasizes personal growth and achievement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of properties, including interiors, exteriors, attics, and crawl spaces, and providing accurate quotes to potential clients.
  • Completing necessary documentation in accordance with Northwest standards.
  • Generating sales leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Effectively communicating the value of our services and transitioning prospects into satisfied customers.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Participating in ongoing education programs to enhance your skills and performance.
  • Maintaining a Safety-First mindset while operating company equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications:


To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience is necessary.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
  • The capability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.

Physical Requirements:


Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, which include:

  • Safely using a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Accessing crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas.
  • Working in various weather conditions.
