The core duty of an Industrial Sales Executive involves securing contracts for Tradesmen's offerings within the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors.

In this role, Sales Executives actively engage in fieldwork, educating contractors, facility managers, and HR professionals about the unique value Tradesmen International provides.


Sales Executives are tasked with identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while nurturing existing Client relationships to enhance the utilization of Tradesmen International's workforce.

Qualifications:

Preferred knowledge in relevant industries such as plant maintenance, manufacturing, or job shops. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Drive to Succeed: Cultivate and expand customer accounts to boost revenue through proactive outreach and client management.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Effectively address customer objections and conduct informative presentations, including trade show demonstrations.
  • Relationship Development: Proven ability to convert leads into clients while consistently meeting sales targets.


Key Performance Objectives:

  • Maximize account potential and achieve consistent growth and profitability.
  • Maintain and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
  • Communicate detailed Client requirements to the Operations team.
  • Generate leads and prospects for Clients.
  • Conduct direct sales calls and presentations at Client locations.
  • Educate Clients on the benefits of utilizing a skilled variable workforce for enhanced productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments owed to Tradesmen.
  • Participate in industry-related associations and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain new business opportunities and Client partnerships.
  • Follow up with Clients to foster relationships and encourage ongoing engagement with Tradesmen Field Employees.
  • Build strong relationships with Client management and jobsite personnel.
  • Conduct follow-up communications post Field Employee dispatch to ensure satisfaction and quality control.
  • Deliver periodic evaluations of Field Employees to Clients.
  • Address Client issues and complaints proactively and professionally.
  • Encourage additional sales through strong Field Employee relationships.
  • Prepare Field Employees for assignments and ensure their successful integration into new roles.


Drive Client satisfaction through accountability and results-oriented actions. Maintain Client sales records using Salesforce CRM, attend necessary meetings, and complete weekly Sales Activity Reports.


Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with Clients and Field Employees.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in cold calling and generating new business leads.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
