About the Role:

The Clinical Specialist position requires a strong clinical aptitude to work in a team environment, supporting Territory Managers by covering Prosthetic Urology procedures in the Operating Room and Physician Clinics.

In addition, the successful candidate must build relationships and gain the trust of key physicians and operating room staff.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage, and customer training.
  • Attending cases in customer accounts and advising physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with our products.
  • Educating customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations using various formats and platforms.
  • Responding to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
  • Ensuring timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation.
  • Fully supporting the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of work and maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Degree.
  • Outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Patient care experience is preferred (medical technician, medical assistant, nurse, nurse assistant, physical or occupational therapist or assistant, assisted living care provider).
