About the Role

The Patient Service Representative is a vital member of our front desk team, providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment. As a representative of MultiCare, you will be the first point of contact for patients, setting the tone for their experience with our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, cheerful, and professional service to patients, families, and visitors
  • Manage patient flow, scheduling, and registration processes
  • Accurately enter and maintain patient data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians to resolve issues and provide assistance
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare or customer service role
  • Ability to meet minimum hospital hiring standards
