Position Summary:
The Maintenance Coordinator Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring safe and effective work practices across various disciplines. As a key member of our team, you will oversee documentation, communicate expectations to contractors, and lead safety discussions, embodying our commitment to safety and core values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contractor Schedule Review: Assess weekly schedules prior to and during work execution.
  • Resource Allocation: Modify resources in accordance with plant requirements, adhering to procurement guidelines.
  • Safety Performance Enhancement: Conduct audits and provide constructive feedback to boost safety outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Job Package Development: Collaborate with planning teams to refine job packages.
  • Technical Proficiency: Interpret P&ID diagrams, isometric drawings, and piping specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to projects through collaborative efforts and quality planning.
  • Task Documentation: Ensure the completion of assignments, proper closure of work orders, and submission of documentation.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects and support concurrent activities.
  • Compliance with Internal Controls: Adhere to established processes and identify any deficiencies in internal controls.
  • Safe Work Execution: Guarantee the safe execution of routine and turnaround maintenance tasks.
  • Resource Coordination: Manage multiple resources from various trades simultaneously.
  • EHS Participation: Engage in environmental, health, and safety programs.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in the chemical or petrochemical sector, with expertise in areas such as Boilermaking, Pipefitting, Welding, Industrial Mobile Equipment Operation, or Project Supervision.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to guide and collaborate with others to achieve desired results.
