  • Resource Management and Allocation: Adjust resources based on plant requirements, adhering to procurement policies and procedures.
  • Job Safety Enhancement and Improvement: Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve safety performance and execution efficiency.
  • Job Package Development and Enhancement: Collaborate with the planning group to enhance job packages and improve overall maintenance efficiency.
  • Technical Expertise and Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of P&ID's, isometric drawings, and piping specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement and Project Support: Support projects through teamwork and quality planning, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Documentation and Closure: Ensure completion of tasks, proper work order closure, and documentation submission.
  • Project Management and Coordination: Manage multiple projects and support activities concurrently, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Comply with established processes and identify internal controls deficiencies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Safe Execution and Resource Coordination: Ensure safe execution of routine and turnaround maintenance work, managing multiple resources from varying trades simultaneously.
  • EHS Support and Participation: Participate in environmental, health, and safety programs, promoting a culture of safety and well-being within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: At least two years in the chemical/petrochemical industry, specializing in one or more of the following areas: boilermaking/pipefitting, welding, industrial mobile equipment operation, project/construction supervision, or planner (day-to-day activities and projects).
  • Availability: Willingness to work occasional overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to provide directions to and work with others to achieve desired outcomes.
