Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banker to join our team at City National Bank. As a Commercial Banker, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth
  • Conduct credit analysis and underwriting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong understanding of credit and lending principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including credit analysis, underwriting, and treasury management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
