Role Responsibilities:

  • Actively communicates with supervisors regarding potential issues or client feedback.

  • Assists in the development of the Site Procedure Guide to accurately document all operational processes.
  • Engages in diverse responsibilities including Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail Services, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, and Records Management, depending on the assigned site.
  • Participates in cross-training sessions to ensure coverage during staffing shortages.
  • Adapts to changes in site responsibilities based on client and departmental requirements.

Copy/Print Production Responsibilities:

  • Ensures prompt and precise reproduction of all print requests.
  • Reviews electronic files for print readiness and executes printing tasks, including binding and quality control checks.
  • Manages the logging, delivery, and tracking of all print activities for reporting purposes.
  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding print services.
  • Conducts routine maintenance and upkeep of printing equipment.
  • Keeps detailed records of customer requests and fulfillment activities.
  • Performs daily maintenance tasks as necessary.

Device Maintenance Duties:

  • Guarantees customer satisfaction through effective maintenance of reprographic equipment at client locations.
  • Adheres to established maintenance protocols and procedures.
  • Conducts routine cleaning and upkeep of equipment, including resolving paper jams and replenishing supplies.
  • Assesses equipment issues and communicates with the service department when necessary.
  • Delivers supplies as needed.
  • Provides assistance to users regarding basic equipment functionality.
  • Records meter readings and maintains service activity logs.
  • Monitors inventory levels and restocks supplies accordingly.

Candidate Profile:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • A capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
  • Compliance with customer security protocols, including obtaining necessary clearances.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be required for travel between client locations.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, walking, and reaching.

Compensation:
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $25.49.
