As a Training Manager for General Operations, you will be expected to embrace relocation within our extensive market, possess a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, and demonstrate dependability, reliability, and a genuine enthusiasm for enhancing patient satisfaction. This position requires you to be a comprehensive expert in all operational processes and roles. It is a highly interactive management role, where you will engage directly with staff across the clinic and interact with patients. Our established training program will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in our framework and the healthcare sector.

Compensation is set at $65,000 annually, with potential bonuses upon assuming responsibility for your own practice.

Key Responsibilities

Your specific responsibilities as a Training Manager include:

  • Overseeing all personnel to uphold high employment standards in accordance with regulatory requirements, patient care, and overall service excellence.
  • Maintaining comprehensive employee records and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate, conducting quarterly evaluations, and providing coaching to your team.
  • Ensuring optimal staffing levels and that employees are thoroughly trained in their current roles while also being prepared for cross-training opportunities.
  • Developing strategies to enhance revenue, profitability, and attract new patients.
  • Ensuring that our services consistently exceed patient expectations and collaborating with medical professionals and support staff to achieve this goal.
  • Analyzing financial statements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Creating and implementing marketing initiatives for your location.
  • Inspiring and motivating your team.
  • Working closely with your team and medical staff to manage patient flow effectively.
  • Completing daily and monthly reports, basic accounting tasks, and understanding financial reports to assess production, collections, adjustments, revenue, and profit and loss.
  • Upholding the company’s mission to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • A willingness to relocate within our extensive market.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • A minimum age of 21 years.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
