Overview:

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and service professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist service professionals with scheduling, payments, and other administrative tasks.
  • Notate all accounts and complete necessary paperwork in a timely fashion.
  • Create monthly routes based on service professionals' assigned territories and ensure accuracy and readiness of daily schedules.
  • Problem-solve customer accounts for current and future needs.
  • Describe and sell residential pest services to new and existing customers, resulting in monthly commissions.
  • Focus on consistent customer communication and partner with internal groups to ensure extraordinary customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • No experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen.
