Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to provide exceptional support to our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and professional experience for our visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and clients, and directing incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain accurate records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and maintain office inventory
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
