Job Description

\

This sales director role is an excellent opportunity to join our employer health business growth team. As a key player in driving growth across our Employer Health business, you will participate in activities that lead to revenue expansion and work closely with leaders and teams across Account Management, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Finance, and others.

\

Responsibilities include selling direct to employers through broker/consultant relationships and cold outreach, developing new broker and channel partner relationships, and maintaining responsibility for full sales cycles. You will also communicate professionally, crisply, and confidently, passionately articulating the Telus Health business proposition and ROI model.

\

To succeed in this role, you'll need a degree in Business, Marketing, or other customer-focused academic curriculum, along with 5+ years' record of accomplishment selling business value-driven software solutions and consistently meeting and exceeding annual quotas of $750,000+. Other requirements include demonstrated sales success experience within employee benefits, human capital management (HCM), or a closely related industry, and a highly energetic, trusted, and influential relationship builder with strong attention to detail.
