Job Summary

Unique Loom LLC is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and reactive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in each interaction, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone calls, while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing their needs and concerns.
  • Offer general information about our floor covering products, processing orders, and providing order status updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a patient and empathetic manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Process finance requests, including refunds and invoice queries.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience in call centers (preferred).
  • Typing skills: 38+ wpm (required).
  • Dependable home internet connection.
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Assertive and positive attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Full-time availability with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • Technical skills: utilizing multiple computer screens and platforms with speed and accuracy.
