Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage the To Go Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain effective schedules, manage inventory, and ensure efficient use of resources to minimize customer inconvenience and maximize sales.
  • Customer Service Ambassador: Foster a culture of customer satisfaction and associate morale, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Financial Performance: Support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating results, including To-Go KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Proactively partner with department managers to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and effective communication of key initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Use technical information to solve problems and escalate opportunities to the Customer Service Manager or Manager on Duty when systems are negatively impacted.
  • Store Appearance and Safety: Ensure that the To-Go department appearance, quality, variety, workplace safety, food safety, and department sanitation are consistently maintained.
  • Training and Development: Provide feedback to the Customer Service Manager on any To-Go operational or performance issues and offer constructive counseling when necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use technical information to solve problems and learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand 100% of the time with occasional walking short distances, push or pull up to 75 pounds, and perform repetitive hand and arm motions.
Working Conditions

The To Go Operations Lead will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures, and occasional exposure to inclement weather. The ability to tolerate working in these conditions is essential.
