  • Perform Scheduled Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on commercial refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Diagnose and repair issues with refrigeration equipment, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our clients, responding promptly to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Inventory and Requisition Parts: Manage inventory and requisition parts and materials as needed to complete jobs efficiently.
  • Meet Safety Standards: Adhere to company safety standards and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Refrigeration Repair Experience: Proven track record of repairing and maintaining commercial refrigeration equipment.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Refrigeration Equipment: In-depth understanding of refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
  • CFESA Certification (Preferred): Certification from the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) is highly desirable.
  • Universal CFC Recovery Certification: Certification to recover and handle CFC refrigerants.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Computer Tablet Experience: Familiarity with computer tablets and mobile devices.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Pass Company Drug Test and Background Check: Must pass a company drug test and background check.
