Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective communication with customers regarding order status, shipping schedules, and changes.
- Work collaboratively with account managers and other support team members to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with purchasing/sales to verify availability of stock and any price changes.
- Perform data entry tasks, including orders, record changes, and NAV updates.

Requirements:
