Oxco, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As an Account Advocate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective communication with customers regarding order status, shipping schedules, and changes.
  • Work collaboratively with account managers and other support team members to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with purchasing/sales to verify availability of stock and any price changes.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including orders, record changes, and NAV updates.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned, such as file management and order entry.

Requirements:
