Executive Assistant to a Senior Partner

About the Role:

BURKE+CO. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support one of their C-level partners. This role will involve expertly streamlining the partner's day-to-day activities, while also working cross-functionally with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage the executive's complex calendar, arrange meetings, and schedule appointments across different time zones.
  • Maximize and prioritize the executive's time & schedule.
  • Regularly interact with VIPs & important stakeholders and act as an excellent representation of the firm.
  • Handle incoming & outgoing email communications with discretion, confidentiality, and urgency.
  • Plan firm meetings & events and act as day-of point person.
  • Compose briefing materials, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  • Document meeting minutes for internal & external meetings.
  • Process expense reports and invoices.
  • Proofread & edit reports, memos, and correspondences.
  • Cohesively collaborate with other departments, administrative staff, and other team members.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects, as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Previous experience supporting a C-level executive in finance or tech required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience supporting a CFO or similar level executive a plus.
  • Superb attention to detail - crossing every t and dotting every i.
  • Flexibility to work onsite in accordance to executive's schedule.
  • Positive and professional communication style.
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks with competing priorities.
  • Reliable & resourceful nature.
  • Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute to the collective success of the firm.

Compensation:

$145k-170k base salary + benefits + bonus (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
