Sales Growth Specialist

We are looking for a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Surge Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and rapidly growing industry. You will have the chance to work with a variety of clients and businesses, and will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop account sales plans/approaches with Manager on a minimum of 30 target accounts
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business. This may include sales calls, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, in-office demonstrations, direct mail campaigns, and follow up activity
- Conduct prospect, active and inactive account sales calls independently and jointly with branch office staff and management as prioritized by Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous business development experience
- At least 3 years proven outside direct sales including developing sales strategies, experience with focus in consultative and conducting cold calls, making sales solution-oriented sales approaches. presentations, closing techniques
- Ability to understand and accurately apply a fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline- basic math skills oriented environment
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
