Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Laser Skin Medspa LLC. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our chiropractic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient intake and scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
  • Answer phones and manage patient files with confidentiality and discretion
  • Assist with Deep Laser Therapy treatments and other therapeutic modalities
  • Maintain inventory and manage office supplies
  • Communicate patient concerns and needs to the physician and other staff members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information
