We are looking for a proactive CSM Product Engineer to become part of our expanding, results-oriented Product Quality and Reliability team. In this capacity, you will oversee the readiness of IC components for mass production.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing and addressing issues by identifying failure modes related to both analog and digital ICs.

This Product Engineer will collaborate with our Custom Silicon Management team and foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review product development plans and drive execution, including characterization, correlation, and GR&R.
- Conduct data analysis, characterization, and fault isolation to identify root causes of issues.
- Collaborate with design, process, and test engineers to identify and implement corrective actions for both new and established products and technologies.
- Define and finalize production screening guard-band specifications based on design intent and characterization results.
- Perform statistical data analysis on extensive data sets.
- Implement yield analyses and correlation analyses across all testing levels, including pareto building and statistics.

- Develop characterization plans and generate comprehensive characterization reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in ATE characterization and data collection from test programs.
- Experience in analyzing Analog and digital IC evaluation reports.
- Prior experience in product engineering for complex system designs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing of analog and digital ICs.
- Expertise in statistical data analysis.
- Background in high-volume product yield management.
- Ability to design and direct experiments for root cause analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, determined within a specified range.

This allows for growth as you develop within your role. The base pay range for this position is between $165,500 and $293,800, influenced by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in our discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees are also eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
