Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and optimize our organization's payroll processes as the Director of Global Payroll Services. This role involves leading a 20-person team, collaborating with key internal stakeholders, and managing external service providers to ensure seamless and accurate payroll processing for over 40,000 employees across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing global payroll team with regional managers to process payroll compliantly and on time for 40,000 employees worldwide.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and payroll teams to set a strategic direction for global payroll, time-keeping, and attendance systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, consultants, and cross-functional team leaders for timely and successful delivery of global projects.
  • Provide leadership for payroll delivery during the implementation of a new payroll system (ADP Celergo) in Europe.
  • Ensure the development of a high-performing, service-oriented team focused on technology-driven process improvement and compliance with Federal, State, and other jurisdictions' tax and labor law requirements.
  • Serve as a key partner for stakeholders and payroll-managed service providers, leveraging the latest technologies like Workday HR, Dayforce, and ADP Payroll Suites to enhance and streamline processes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 15+ years of experience in global payroll processing and management, including global expansion and setup, M&A integration, and vendor management.
  • Technical and working knowledge of global payroll accounting rules and standards.
  • Experience with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, Dayforce, and other leading payroll systems, business process outsourcing, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong change management skills with the ability to manage internal stakeholders to ensure payroll operations are compliant while meeting business objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of global payroll operations, including regulations, taxes, C&B, and equity reporting.
  • High degree of understanding of time-keeping and attendance processes and payroll operations.
Benefits and Salary

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $**150,000 - $170,000 per annum**, depending on qualifications and experience.
