Position Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and guest engagement.
  • Ensure excellent product quality, guest service, and team management.
  • Maintain and enforce quality standards across all products and services.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of at least 15 members.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives for the cafe.
  • Oversee financial management, including P&L, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and ordering.
  • Promote teamwork and foster a positive, goal-oriented work environment.
  • Uphold brand standards in cafe aesthetics and guest experience.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated management experience.
  • Background in hospitality.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • High service standards and attention to detail.
  • Ability to set expectations, measure effectiveness, and enforce quality standards.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for training and leading by example.
  • Understanding of P&L statements.
  • Promote a positive and productive workplace.
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Servsafe certification.
  • A sense of humor and a positive attitude.
