Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coffee, tea, and espresso beverages according to Sweetwaters' high standards.
  • Deliver friendly, prompt, and accurate service to all guests.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.
  • Stay informed about our coffee, tea, and product offerings to enhance customer experience.

Training and Development:
Comprehensive barista training will be provided to candidates who successfully complete the initial training program.

Growth Opportunities:
Potential for advancement into management training for qualified individuals.

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with strong customer service skills who have a genuine interest in coffee or tea. Previous food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Enjoys working in a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, including at least two weekend shifts.
  • Food service experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with cash handling and register systems is beneficial.
  • Committed to providing authentic and friendly customer service.

Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly wage ranges from $15.00 to $15.50, inclusive of tips. Candidates must be available for at least 15 hours per week, with an increased rate for those working 30+ hours per week. Weekend availability is essential.
